Goals & Objectives

  • To introduce New Voices Programme to the District by 31th of July 2021.

  • To increase female lions in the District from 25% -28%.
  •  
  •  To introduce the Global Membership Approach - Pilot Program by 1st of July.
  •  
  •  Form a membership team of 4-6 to work with the GMT by 30th of June.
  •  
  •  30 clubs to increase 1 member per club, 30 Clubs to increase 2 members per club- (90 members) by June 2022.
  •  
  •  To increase 2 club and 1 club branch by May 2022.
  •  
  •  By the end of June 2022, our district will lose no more than 80 members.
  •  
  •  Increase membership in Clubs under 15 members by June 2022.
  •  
  • Convert club branches to full clubs by June 2022.
  •  
  • Plan workshops for the full year by 1st of July 2021.

  •  Introduce 10 Certified Guiding Lions by December 2021

  • Introduce 10 Mentors by March 2022. 
  •  
  • By the end of June 2022, we will try to target 96% + of all Clubs reporting Service activities.

  • To organise a District Service Webinar to promote the Five Global causes, share successes & reinforce reporting by March 2022.

  •  To hold a nominated District Service Project involving at least 50% of Clubs/Zones by Murch 2022.

  •  To deliver a quarterly Service newsletter published by the Service Team promoting the Five Global causes and service days.

  •  To hold an LCIF Gala night - February 2022.

  •  Organise a sponsored event by April 2022.
  •  
  •  To increase the understanding of the Grants programme by June 2022.
  •  
  •  Aim to have 10 more Campaign 100 Model Clubs by June 2022.

  • At least 10 Clubs to participation in the Lions ROAR Programme.
  •  
  • To least increase 10 CIO Clubs in District by 30th June 2022.
